AERE´ ^® Inflatable Fenders - Warranty

Thank you for purchasing AERE´ ^® Inflatable Fenders. All AERE´ ^® Inflatable Fenders are covered under an unconditional warranty for the first year of ownership from date of purchase and AERE´ ^® Docking Solutions (ADS) warrants that its products are free of manufacturer's defects for an additional two years from date of purchase. During this 3-years period, AERE´ ^® Inflatable Fenders may be returned to ADS and will be repaired at no charge to the owner. The owner must ship the fender with contact information (name and daytime telephone number) and return shipping information enclosed, to: AERE´ ^® Docking Solutions, 12207 NW 35th Street, Coral Springs, FL 33065.

This warranty is limited to product air loss and additionally limited to product failure as a result of normal use and service for which the product is designed. Fenders that are excessively worn or have damage resulting from a knife cut or similar puncture are not covered under this warranty. All fenders with multiple attachment points ("d-rings") must be deployed utilizing all attachment points provided; deviation from this practice will void product warranty protection.

After the warranty period has elapsed, ADS will repair AERE´ ^® Inflatable Fenders after the product is evaluated at the factory. The owner must ship the fender at the owner's cost with contact information (name and daytime telephone number) and return shipping information enclosed to AERE´ ^® Docking Solutions, 12207 NW 35th Street, Coral Springs, FL 33065. After evaluation, the owner will be contacted with the cost to repair or replace the fender. If the fender must be replaced, a replacement will be made available at a pro-rated cost.

Obligation under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement or credit of the fender at AERE´ ^® Docking Solutions' discretion. AERE´ ^® Inflatable Fenders and the manufacturer, PRAKTEK Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage or penalties and does not assume liability of purchaser or others for injury to persons or property.
